HBO is coming to the PS3 and PSP. Premium programming from arguably the best non-network television production houses in the U.S. will be available for download via the PSN. Unfortunately, you’re still going to have to pay for the content, but at least this way you won’t have to worry about paying for cable. You can download episodes of your favorite HBO shows starting today.
Press Release: FOSTER CITY, Calif. – Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) announced that programming from HBO, the premium cable television network, is available starting today on the PlayStation 3 (PS3) system, the first gaming system to offer HBO original television programming. PlayStation Network’s video delivery service now features HBO content for purchase in the United States on the PlayStation 3 and PSP (PlayStation Portable) systems.
