A new game that lets you reach out and hurt someone. Is there anything more annoying than a turncoat sports fan? You know the type. They support the team or a particular player with fanatical fervor throughout the season, until the players begin to show signs of losing. Then the fan turns traitor, yelling, cursing, and berating the players all over a few simple mistakes. Well, now the players can strike back, literally. With a new game called $#!+ Hits the Fan. $#!+ Hit the Fan features an incredible array of sporting events from hockey to javelin throwing. Incredibly realistic control scheme replicates virtually perfect sports physics modeling in all categories. More than just a series of mini-games, you will play some of the most realistic sports ever presented in a video game, never mind the fifty-plus here in one game. Whether it’s pitching a curveball in baseball, trying to take down the splits in bowling, hitting the bullseye in archery, whacking the polo ball on an elephant, making the perfect trick shot in pool, hammering the shuttlecock in badminton, or hitting the target in skeet shooting, you will feel as though you are actually performing each sport. But the premise of this game is not just to master your skills in each discipline in order to win a championship, it’s to use your skills to take out that loudmouth in the stands. As you go about a particular sport in $#!+ Hits the Fan, you will inevitably hear some nasty remark from an individual in the crowd when your performance is not up to par. It’s during this moment that you must instantly identify the culprit and immediately launch your projectile at him or her, hopefully rendering them unconscious for the duration of your game. Whether it’s a golf ball, bowling ball, horseshoe, or bullet, you have to have fast reflexes and incredible aim. If you can’t identify the position of the fan instantly, he or she will be able to take cover when they see you looking for them. You want to catch them unaware. You don’t want them to see it coming, only feel it when it gets there. Knock the fan out, and you’ll unlock the next exciting sporting event, along with the next idiot that is sure to get what’s coming to him. Points are awarded for style and brutality. The more injury you can inflict with your sport’s projectile the higher the score. You have to see the animation of the fan getting hit with a bowling ball. Making it look like a fluke, or accident will get you the maximum points. If you can deflect the ball off your bat, or cause your rifle to “accidentally” discharge when reloading, you will own this game. The replay value is tremendous as you strive to improve your technique. If you miss, another fan in another location will eventually appear. There is no trial and error in $#!+ Hits the Fan. Each attempt is a new and random event.
