Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Hits Vita Next Month

None

Konami has officially announced that Metal Gear Solid HD Collection is set to come out on the PlayStation Vita sometime this June. An exact release date has not yet been given, though Konami did say that it would come out sometime late in June.

The Vita version of HD Collection is advertised as one of the first games to use the new “Transfarring” system, which will allow users to share their data between the PS3 and Vita versions of the game. The PS3 version of the game came out in February, as did an Xbox 360 version, though the 360 version will not be compatible with the transferring system.

The Vita version of the game will include every game in the original HD collection, minus PSP title Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. Fully playable versions of Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 will still be included.
