MLB 2K10 Demo Available; Get Pitching Now for the $1 MM Contest

Today, 2K Sports has released their demo for Major League Baseball 2K10 on Xbox 360, with the trial game headed to Sony’s PS3 (via PSN) on Thursday, March 4 th .

The demo allows players to “relive the excitement of the 2009 World Series” by playing 3-inning games as either the Phillies or the Yankees at Yankee Stadium.

Perhaps most exciting is the fact that 2K Sports will be giving away $1 million (USD) to the first player that pitches a perfect game in the full, retail version of MLB 2K10. If you think you’re game enough, it’s probably a good idea to download the demo now and start practicing – someone’s probably going to win the contest within 24 hours of launch.

February 23, 2010 – 2K Sports today announced that a free demo of Major League Baseball 2K10 is now available for download for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft through the Xbox LIVE online entertainment network, and will be available on Thursday, March 4 for PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system through the PlayStation Network. The demo will offer fans an opportunity to relive the excitement of the 2009 World Series and play a 3-inning game as either the Philadelphia Phillies or New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium.

The demo also gives gamers a chance to perfect their pitching for a chance to win $1,000,000.
