Need for Speed: Carbon Premise
Players are transported to the dangerous criminal world of Palmont City. In this world, different racing crews vie for power over the city’s four boroughs through street races. An unnamed main character from the previous game, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, seeks to gain control over his lost territory. Racing rival gangs in various tournaments, the player gradually gains control over the boroughs only to realize one of his friends, Darius, has betrayed him. In one final race, the main character beats Darius and his crew to secure control over the fourth borough, securing all territory of Palmont.Â
