One of the biggest known issues with the 3DS is its battery life, which only lasts between three and five hours when the system is being used with the 3D capabilities turned on. This can really put a damper on things if you are planning to play your 3DS on long car trips or plane rides. However, Nyko has come to the rescue and will have a new auxiliary battery system available for the 3DS at launch that will instantly extend the battery life to up to sixteen hours.  The auxiliary battery clips on to the back of the system, and while it does add a little bulk, if you are planning to have some marathon sessions with the 3D edition of Super Street fighter IV (or Nintendogs + Cats, if that’s your thing), then you may want to look into picking one of these up. |
