Nuclear Throne Easy “Good Find” trophy
Enter the golden car with a “screwdriver” in Level 3-1 to advance to Level 3-?. Find the chest containing the golden weapon. Collect it, then complete the level to get the “Good Find” trophy.
Easy “Horror Unlocked” trophy
Skip a large radiation canister and Horror should appear in the following level. A Large radiation canister will only appear in the level after a regular radiation canister is skipped.
Easy “Sincere Apologies” trophy
Find the Disc Gun, then shoot it against a wall to kill yourself.
Easy “Y.V. Unlocked” trophy
One of the red cars in Level 3-1 is golden. Hit it with a “screwdriver”, then enter the car to reach Level 3-? and get the “Y.V. Unlocked” trophy.

- Melting Unlocked (Bronze): Die.
- Eyes Unlocked (Bronze): Reach 2-1.
- Plant Unlocked (Bronze): Reach 3-1.
- Y.V. Unlocked (Bronze): Reach 3-?.
- Steroids Unlocked (Bronze): Reach 6-1.
- Robot Unlocked (Bronze): Reach 5-1.
- Chicken Unlocked (Bronze): Reach 5-?
- Rogue Unlocked (Bronze): Reach the Nuclear Throne.
- Fish Can Roll (Bronze): Loop as every character.
- Crystal Can Roll (Bronze): Reach 4-? as Crystal.
- Everything Hurts (Bronze): Reach the Nuclear Throne with Melting without choosing Rhino Skin or Strong Spirit.
- MMMMMMHMMM! (Bronze): Reach 2-? as Eyes.
- Blood Blood Blood (Bronze): Reach the Nuclear Throne in under 10 minutes as Plant.
- Verified (Bronze): Unlock a Golden Weapon for every character.
- Crown Life (Bronze): Unlock a Crown as any character.
- Ultra Time (Bronze): Reach Level Ultra as any character.
- Good Find (Bronze): Unlock a Golden Weapon as any character.
- Not Bad (Bronze): Reach 7-3 on a Daily
- Bandit Stopper (Silver): Defeat Big Bandit.
- Dog Owner (Silver): Defeat Big Dog.
- Hunter Killer (Silver): Defeat Lil Hunter.
- Vault Raider (Silver): Unlock all Crowns as one character.
- The Struggle Continues (Gold): Loop the game.
- Ultra Mutant (Gold): Get 100% of the unlocks.
