Onslaught DLC For Call of Duty: Ghosts Out Now

Onslaught DLC For Call of Duty: Ghosts Out Now

It’s a good day to be an Xbox One or 360 owner, as you’ll be getting some C.o.D. love a little early. The Onslaught DLC pack is available exclusively on Microsoft’s console today.

Jammed packed with awesome extras, you’ll get access to classic-style Call of Duty maps (small to medium in size), a new assault/sniper rifle called the “Maverick,” and Episode One: Nightfall as part of the Extinction mode. Also, players are in for a heart-pounding thrill-ride, as filling certain field ordinances will grant you access to the axe wielding Michael Myers as a playable character (complete with the original John Carpenter score to stalk your pray with).

Daniel Suarez (VP of Production at Activision) had this to say regarding the first DLC pack (via a recent press release): “…whether it’s becoming Michael Myers from Halloween as you pursue your opponents, to creating the first dual-purpose weapon in Call of Duty history, or crafting a new chapter in Extinction that introduces new characters and even a three-story tall Cryptid alien boss, Onslaught has something for all Call of Duty players and we’re excited fans can finally get their hands on it.”

If you already have the season pass, Onslaught is automatically included (along with DLC packs Devastation, Invasion and Nemesis that are due out later this year).
