In Mario and Luigi: Paper Jam , Luigi stirs up a bit a trouble when he unwittingly opens a magical book hidden within Peach’s Castle that releases the many inhabitants of the Paper Mario universe. As you might predict, Paper Bowser finds his way out, and now it’s up to Mario, Luigi, and Paper Mario to stop Bowser and his papery double in this new RPG adventure.
Expect the addition of Paper Mario to the Mario Bros. team to add some fun new ways to explore and solve puzzles. Also new to this installment are Paper Craft Battles where your team, through the power of rhythm and dance, power giant papercrafts to do battle with and defeat papercrafts from Bowser’s army. The whole thing looks quirky, strange, and… well, very Nintendo. Get ready to jam when Mario and Luigi: Paper Jam releases for the Nintendo 3DS on December 4.
