According to various shady sources, the PSP 3000 is now being manufactured. The most important picture being passed around (featured below) shows a new PlayStation button (instead of Home) and a small slot to the right of the volume controls that is assumed to be a microphone. There aren’t any other features being talked about.
I don’t know about you guys, but I did my share and bought the PSP twice. If Sony expects me to buy a third PSP without substantial upgrades they’re dead wrong…who am I kidding? I’ll end up buying it anyway. Thankfully, this is probably just a poorly contrived rumor with no basis in fact. The PSPhone with a touch screen seems like a much more plausible product. We’ll keep you posted. |
