- Miss universe (200 points): Unlock all achievements.
- Red Flavour (50 points): Complete the game with Zoe.
- Yellow Flavour (50 points): Complete the game with Sasha.
- Blue Flavour (50 points): Complete the game with Crystal.
- Purist (100 points): Complete the game on Hardcore difficulty without using any Continue.
- Collector (190 points): Unlock all of the Zombie Museum items.
- Master of Metal (65 points): Get the achievements ‘Rock & Roll (Gold)’, ‘Heavy Metal (Gold)’, ‘Black Metal (Gold)’ and ‘Death Me.
- Rock and Roll (Silver) (5 points): Perform 10 Rock & Roll combos.
- Rock and Roll (Gold) (10 points): Perform 50 Rock & Roll combos.
- Heavy Metal (Silver) (5 points): Perform 10 Heavy Metal combos.
- Heavy Metal (Gold) (10 points): Perform 50 Heavy Metal combos.
- Black Metal (Silver) (5 points): Perform 10 Black Metal combos.
- Black Metal (Gold) (10 points): Perform 30 Black Metal combos.
- Death Metal (Silver) (10 points): Perform 5 Death Metal combos.
