As you may or may not have heard, Alice: Madness Returns is a sequel to American McGee’s Alice, which was released as a PC-only title a decade ago. If you missed this title, though, and are planning on picking up Madness Returns on your console of choice, you may be able to get access to a downloadable version of the original.  American McGee himself sat down in an interview and said, “There’s also going to be a pretty significant release which is the original Alice brought over to the consoles so that a person who’s purchased [the upcoming sequel] Madness Returns gets a download code and is able to bring Alice 1 onto their consoles and play through the entire original game alongside playing Madness Returns.” However, when asked for comment, EA has said there is no news about Alice: Madness Returns, so we’ll keep this one labeled as a rumor for now (even though it looks like fact). |
