Okay, so here’s something that you had to know was coming. A new zombie game is coming to the PlayStation 4 in Japan. It’s called Schoolgirl Zombie Hunter. Zombies start appearing in Musaku High School, only five schoolgirls have survived, and they have to shoot down the undead.
Since this is a Japanese shooter involving schoolgirls and zombies, there is of course a gimmick. When zombies attack Enami, Mayaya, Rei, Risa, and Sayuri, the girls’ clothes will be damaged or completely destroyed. Despite being undead, the zombies will be phased by and react to this. It might actually work to your advantage to be stunned, as it’ll give you time to react.
Each of the heroines isn’t just armed with a gun, too. There will be melee action as well, as each one wields some specific firearm and weapons like swords, bats, or their own two hands.
So, why am I telling you about a zombie shooting game coming out in Japan? Well, because this is an Onechanbara game. Annna, from Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad , is the one sending resources to the stranded schoolgirls. Since the Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 4, and PC Onechanbara games were released here, there’s a good chance this one could be too!
