Cheat menu
While playing the game, press ~ to display the console window. Then, type ” cht_bEnableCheats=1 ” and press [Enter] to enable the first set of cheat options or ” cht_bEnableCheats=2 ” to enable the second set of cheat options. Press ~ followed by [Esc], then [F1] to display a cheat option at the bottom of the menu (with “Load”, “Save Options”, “Leaderboards”, etc.) labeled as “Cheats F3”. This menu includes cheat options such as “Max Health”, “All Guns”, “Level Selection”, and “Kill All Enemies” for the first set of cheat options and “God Mode”, “Ghost”, “Invisible”, and “Fly Mode” for the second set of cheat options.
Cheat Codes
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Start the game after choosing all desired settings. Exit the game. Then, use a text editor to edit the “SeriousSamHD.ini” file in the “Serious Sam HD The First EncounterUserData” directory. Look for the following line:
- cht_bEnableCheats = 0;
and change it to:
- cht_bEnableCheats = 1;
Load a level or start a new game. While playing the game, press ~ or ^ to display the console window, then type one of the following codes and press [Enter] to activate the corresponding cheat function:

Hidden level
Destroy all the statues in the “Valley Of The Kings” level to access a hidden level.
