Level select
Successfully complete the game with a 100%, then start a new game and enter ” FLUWDEAR ” as a name.
All special moves
Have the Game Boy Advance game Spider-Man: Mysterio’s Menace in the cartridge slot to unlock all special moves.
Faster recharging special meter
Successfully complete the game (Chapter 14) once to receive a faster recharging special meter.
Infinite special meter
Get a 100% game completion to unlock an infinite special meter.
Special move upgrade in Chapter 3
Continue to the right until you reach a train station. Then, look under the electric trap.
Special move upgrade in Chapter 7
When you start the chapter, move to the left and get to the top of the building that is farthest to the left. Super jump, then web sling to the right at the top of your jump. Avoid the helicopter and collect the upgrade.
Special move upgrade in Chapter 9
The upgrade is located very high above the movie theater. To reach it, super jump from a high ledge and swing around until you see it.
Special move upgrade in Chapter 11
Keep going right though the level until you reach the train station, over the electric trap. Keep swinging while holding up Left and Right until you reach the hidden power-up.
Quick knockout
Use a split kick or an up kick while in slow motion to usually get an instant knockout.
Defeating Doc Ock
Your Spidey Sense will trigger just before Doc Ock fully extends his tentacles forward to hit you. When this happens, enter slow motion, jump over the tentacles, and land next to Doc Ock. His tentacles will be unable to reach you for a few seconds. Use this time to attack him, them jump out of the way. Shoot impact web from a safe distance until the tentacles extend again, then repeat the tactic.
Defeating Doc Ock’s robots
Web Zip to a wall while an enemy is in your way. This will destroy them with one shot. Another easy way to destroy them is to hit them three times with Impact Web.
Invisible Mysterio
When Mysterio divides, keep shooting until you hit the real Mysterio. Then, quickly tap Y. He will be invisible at the same location where he always ends up. He will remain this way for the rest of the game.
