Microsoft and LucasArts have signed an exclusive agreement to bring a controller-free Star Wars experience to the Xbox 360’s Kinect. The game is set to drop at an unspecified date in 2011. From the short gameplay clip shown, it looks as though the title will be similar to that of a rail shooter, except that you’ll be wielding a Light Saber rather than a heavy blaster. Waves of Stromtroopers were shown coming at a young Jedi knight. The Force-user was easily able to reflect blaster bolts back at the hapless clones, and he was able to use Force powers such as telekinesis and Force Push. Nothing else is known about the title yet.  |
