- Abbadon: Help Abbadon, and destroy Earth.
- Ana Banketik: Help Tiberius, and destroy Mars.
- Demitri Ubekov: Choose neither planet to destroy both Earth and Mars.
- Laika: Help Abbadon, and destroy Mars.
- Prototype M: Wait at the title screen for thirty seconds.
- Simulacrum: Help Tiberius, and destroy Earth.
Trophies
Successfully complete one of the following tasks to get a trophy:
- Move Along — Nothing to see here (Bronze): Reach Outpost Alpha.
- Something Amiss Amidst the Abyss (Bronze): Reach Outpost Beta.
- Alien Hand Syndrome (Bronze): Reach Outpost Delta.
- Super Motherload (Bronze): Get a 50 mineral chain.
- Destroyer of Worlds (Bronze): Destroy Mars and Earth simultaneously by your cowardly inaction.
- Bloodied Hands (Silver): Exterminate an entire planet.
- Cheat Death (Gold): Complete the game in Hardcore mode.
- Efficiency Expert (Gold): Complete the game in under an hour.
Additionally, there is one secret trophy:
- Alchemical Pioneer (Silver): Use the Smelter to create an Aether Stone.
