Capcom has released a teaser site that hints at the development and imminent release of Super Street Fighter IV. Click HERE to check it out. While the teaser site won’t reveal the goods until Tuesday afternoon, French gaming site jv24/7 spilled the beans by releasing screen shots of two fighters: T-Hawk and newcomer Juri. The URL that hosted the pics is now broken, so it’s likely Capcom opened up a can of Haduken. Additionally, it is being suggested by IGN that Makoto, Ibuki, and Dudley from Street Fighter III along with “Final Fight’s Cody and Guy” are likely to appear. The IGN report goes on to say that the leaked shots also showed “a split Ultra Bar, fueling speculation on fan forums that there will be a new combo system – alongside the return of the Bonus Stages, an aspect of Street Fighter II that was much missed in Street Fighter IV.” All of this churning of the rumor mill will give way to facts once the official announcement is made by Capcom. |
