On December 6, gamers will be able to purchase Terraria via Nintendo’s eShop for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U for $30. This version of the game is advertised to differentiate itself from the many other mobile versions currently available.
The game will feature unique touchscreen controls and offer local multiplayer. It will also contain over 1,300 crafting recipes, 150 enemies, and 15 boss battles with a few Nintendo related surprises in store, according to the developer, 505 Games.
Players holding out for a retail version of the game will have to wait a little longer, as the title won’t be released as a hard copy until early 2016.
