Ubisoft has announced that Sam Fisher’s latest outing is set to drop on February 23, 2010 in North America. Originally scheduled to release in Q4 2009, Ubisoft has decided to pour a bit more attention and polish into the game to ensure that its release is met with critical acclaim and blockbuster success. Splinter Cell: Conviction will release on both the PC and Xbox 360.
