Naughty Dog has frequently topped the PS3 sales charts with their Uncharted series, but The Last of Us is truly breaking records. As of July 3 rd, it has sold over 3.4 million copies, and this is only a few weeks after its release. This makes it the fastest selling piece of software in PlayStation 3 history.
The Last of Us has received near universal critical acclaim, receiving perfect or near perfect scores from almost every game journalism outlet. We at Cheat Code Central gave the game a 5.0 and for good reason. The Last of Us is one of the best games of the PS3 generation. Now, we just have to wait and see if Naughty Dog will be taking this franchise to the Playstation 4.
