Ubisoft has announced that Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Double Agent will be available in two editions at launch. In addition to the regular edition, gamers can purchase the Collector’s Edition which will feature a doumentary called Covert Ops that will focus on the game’s authenticity. An MTV-produced making-of featurette, seven mini Web films, an interview with voice actor Michael Ironside, trailers, concept art, and alternate packaging will also be part of the package. The Collector’s Edition will be available for $69.99, $10 more than the standard edition. The game releases on October 17.
