Ubisoft Pulls Leaked Assassin’s Creed Syndicate Footage

Ubisoft Pulls Leaked Assassin’s Creed Syndicate Footage

Here’s the thing about gaming in the 2010s. There are no real surprises anymore. Copies of titles always end up leaking out early somehow, and ample video recording options mean footage will be streamed or uploaded online for everyone to enjoy. This very thing happened with Assassin’s Creed Syndicate , thanks to one Polish gamer.

MiastoGier TV somehow got hold of a copy of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate before its launch date. 40 minutes of gameplay was recorded and uploaded to YouTube. It managed to stay online for about a day before Ubisoft had it pulled down. Which is actually a shame, because the video did a good job of selling the game. You’ll get to jump into the first mission almost immediately, and it turns out you’ll have a visual indicator showing if an enemy can see or hear you.

At least you won’t have to wait much longer to see Assassin’s Creed Syndicate for yourself. The game will come to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 23. The Windows PC version will launch on November 19.
