- Average Joe (Bronze): Perform a workout at least 3 times in a week.
- Gym Rat (Bronze): Perform a workout every day in the week.
- Dialed In (Bronze): Perform a workout every day for 30 days.
- Training Devotee (Silver): Perform a workout every day for 100 days.
- Fitness Guru (Bronze): Successfully complete all Standard exercises.
- Sityodtong Disciple (Bronze): Successfully complete all 12 Mark DellaGrotte-specific exercises.
- ‘Thunder’ Kickboxer (Bronze): Successfully complete all 12 Javier Mendez-specific exercises.
- Submission Fighter (Bronze): Successfully complete all 12 Greg Jackson-specific exercises.
- Head of the Class (Gold): Get a score of A or higher in all Standard exercises.
- Century Mark (Bronze): Successfully complete 100 exercises or activities.
- Shaping Up (Silver): Successfully complete 300 exercises or activities.
- As Real As It Gets (Gold): Successfully complete 500 exercises or activities.
- Opening Bell (Bronze): Successfully complete 1 exercise at all three fitness levels.
- Rare Intensity (Bronze): Complete all exercises at all three fitness levels.
- Film Study (Bronze): Unlock all Videos.
- Streaky (Bronze): Perform 100 gesture streaks in the game.
- Crowd Pleaser (Silver): Perform 1000 gesture streaks in the game.
- Flawless Fighter (Bronze): Complete 1 Hit the Mitts routine without missing any strikes.
- Unequaled Brawler (Bronze): Complete 3 Hit the Mitts routines without missing any strikes.
- Experienced Competitor (Bronze): Complete 6 Hit the Mitts routines without missing any strikes.
- Expert Warrior (Silver): Complete 10 Hit the Mitts routines without missing any strikes.

- Motivated (Bronze): Complete one 30-day program of any goal type.
- All Business (Bronze): Complete one 60-day program of any goal type.
- No Nonsense (Silver): Complete all three 30-day programs.
- Fully Pledged (Bronze): Complete all three 60-day programs.
- 1 Hour Photo Finish (Bronze): Work out in the game for an hour.
- 5 Hours of Energy (Bronze): Work out in the game for 5 hours.
- 10 Hour Power (Bronze): Work out in the game for 10 hours.
- Unstoppable (Bronze): Work out in the game for 15 hours.
- Epic Milestone (Silver): Work out in the game for 30 hours.
- Full Plate (Bronze): Create and successfully complete a custom workout with the maximum number of exercise slots filled.
