Xbox Games On Demand Sale Starts Next Week

Microsoft has announced that it will be temporarily slashing the prices of 20 select Xbox LIVE Games on Demand titles starting next week.

Lasting from June 19 to June 25, the sale will make full downloadable games available for as little as $3.99. Particularly enticing deals include Perfect Dark Zero and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter for $4.99, and Prince of Persia for $3.99. Nice.

The move appears to be a counter to Sony’s recent free game extravaganza for PlayStation Plus members. While this deal may not offer titles with the quality of infamous 2 or LittleBigPlanet 2, it’s still giving away games on the cheap. Last time I checked, that’s always a good thing.
