A military-guarded dam in Haueris Nome. You'll pass through during the Fighting for Faiyum side quest
The captain and treasure are both in the central tower.
You can sneak in via the rope lines between the towers.
Kill the captain and loot the treasure from the red chest here.
This completes the location.
