Desher Bluff (Location)
A small island in Herakleion Nome. You'll pass through briefly during the Predator to Prey sidequest.
The treasure is right out in the open, next to a corpse at the waterline. You might trip over it before realizing it's there.
No matter how you find it, taking it completes the mission.
