Yuny's Beset Villa
An officially lootable manor in Memphis.
This one bears almost exactly the same layout as the Omorli Villa, but this time the treasure is on the upper floor.
As with Omorli, it's bad form to kill the house guards, but you can scale the right/north side of the house easily to get to the roof.
When the guard that patrols between upstairs and downstairs is down, slip inside the back door of the upper level, and steal the treasure for a win.
