Purify the nearest Haedir to gain a fast-travel point, and to reveal secrets in the area. Luckily the eye-tower is just a few jumps away- a perfect chance to use your new Elven Agility. Once there, hold [E] to make the magic happen.
There are three points of importance that can be spotted from this haedir. Going clockwise they are- A barrow at the very bottom of the river gully.
An ithildin on a wall across the middle city.
A memory of Shelob in a small courtyard tower toward the mountains.
These are all valuable treasures worth collecting, but it's the barrow that will lead to the next story mission- Shadows of the Past
