Arakune now has a new dive move and a few new moves that can only be used in curse. Bang can now use Steel Rain without meter, and has a brand new attacking super that replaces Furinkazan entitled "Shishigami-style Absolute Technique: blah blah blah i'll come up with something later." Carl is mostly unchanged, though Nirvana has gotten a new move, and Hakumen has a new air special that uses up one magatama.
Tsubaki may have been changed the most, as she can no longer use A, B, and C versions of her specials. Instead, each special only has one normal version and its D-enhanced version. She also gets three new specials, all of which also have D versions. Hazama can now dash out of his axe and flip kicks and has follow-ups after Jayoku Houtenjin. Makoto has new drive follow-ups after her command dashes which she can charge. Valkenhayn is pretty much the same except he can now execute Rasen Wolf with any direction + D. Platinum has a new item usage move called Happy Magicka, which is based off of Madoka Magicka. Finally, Relius has two brand new moves without Ignis which haven't yet been revealed.
That's all the info we have on BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma so far. Be on the lookout for its full release later this year.
