If you were a fan of the original Borderlands and you are thinking of picking up Borderlands 2, then good things are in store for you. Gearbox has recently announced the Vault Veterans rewards program, which will give exclusive heads, skins, colors, and more to Borderlands 2 players that have Borderlands 1 data on their PC or console. This applies to all versions of Borderlands: PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. However, there is no way to become a member of the Vault Veterans if your Borderlands 2 copy is on a different platform as your original Borderlands.
