Activision sent us notification that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, being developed at Infinity Ward, will launch on November 10, 2009. Interestingly, it appears Activision may have something else up its sleeve. According to the European ratings board, PEGI, as picked up on by NeoGaf forum poster Tntnnbltn, the original 2003 release of Call of Duty has been re-rated for distribution via Xbox LIVE Marketplace and the PlayStation Network.
