Call of Duty: Warzone Cheats & Cheat Codes PC, PlayStation, and Xbox

Call of Duty: Warzone is a popular battle royale video game developed by Raven Software and Infinity Ward, and released by Activision. This free-to-play game entered the market in 2020 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Originally, they tied Call of Duty: Warzone to the 2019 release Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and later linked it to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Vanguard. Last year, Activision released the newer version, Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, with support for the new generation of gaming consoles.

Activision has confirmed that it will shut down the original Warzone on September 21, 2023. Here we’ll dive into what cheats, codes, tips, and tricks are on offer for the Call of Duty: Warzone.

Call of Duty: Warzone Premise

In the game, up to 150 players engage in the world of Call of Duty in online multiplayer combat. Call of Duty: Warzone came with two main game modes at launch, Battle Royale and Plunder. The game also has an in-game currency system that players can use at various Buy Stations scattered throughout the map. Cash obtained in the game allows players to trade for access to custom classes via Loadout drops. Moreover, this currency can purchase items like killstreaks and gas masks.

Following the initial launch, the game has included Solos, Duos, and Quads options via post-launch updates. In Solos, a player goes into the game alone and competes against all other individuals, while in Duos and Quads, players can team up in pairs or groups of four. Another unique aspect of Warzone is the Gulag feature. When players die for the first time, they are sent to the Gulag for a one-on-one fight for a chance to respawn. Additionally, the game frequently adds temporary modes and regularly updates its content to keep the experience fresh and engaging for the players.

Call of Duty: Warzone Cheats

As Call of Duty: Warzone is solely a multiplayer experience, cheating is heavily discouraged and in fact a bannable offense on the servers. To experience the game to the fullest and keep the playing field even, there are no cheats allowed, and we don’t approve the use of them. However, there are still tips and tricks that we can share, which can make a new player achieve better results. Here is a selection of tips we have for a starting player or one that is struggling to get off the ground.

Learn the Map: The maps in Call of Duty: Warzone are massive and can be daunting for new players. It’s crucial to learn the layout and the popular locations where players typically drop. Try dropping into different areas to understand the landscape, loot quality, and how people tend to move across the map.

Perfect the Gulag: After you die for the first time in a match, you’re sent to the Gulag (a prison) where you fight one-on-one against another player. The winner of this fight gets a second chance and respawns back into the match. It’s a fast-paced and simple match with not much weaponry, but perfecting this can give you much more gameplay time on a map.

Use the Ping System: Warzone features a ping system that allows you to mark locations, items, and enemy locations for your team. Utilizing this can greatly improve your communication with your team, especially if you’re not using a mic.

Practice in Plunder Mode: If you’re not comfortable with the game mechanics or the weapons yet, try playing the Plunder mode. It allows respawns, and you can freely choose your loadout, making it a less stressful environment for practicing shooting and learning the map.

Choose Your Loadout: Warzone features loadout drops that let you call in a custom loadout, including your choice of guns, perks, and equipment. Spend some time creating several loadouts in the main menu for different situations like close combat or sniping.

Stay Armored: In Warzone, Armor Plates are just as important as your health. Always try to carry the maximum number of armor plates and replenish them after every fight. Without armor, you’re at a significant disadvantage in gunfights.
