Courtney Ono… er, Love is all in a tizzy over the inclusion of the Curt Cobain avatar in Guitar Hero 5. So much so in fact, she may initiate a suit against Activision. Love’s ranting tweets were picked up yesterday by Kotaku. Here’s a sampling: “For the record this Guitar Hero $#!t is breach of contract on a Bullys part and there will be a proper addressing of this and retraction.” “WE are going to sue the $#!t out of ACtivision we being the Trust the Estate the LLC the various LLCs Cobain Enterprises.” Love insists that she never gave permission for Activision to include the Cobain avatar, while Activision states that she most definitely did. From the incoherent ramblings posted through her Twitter account, we’re leaning toward Activision’s claim.
