Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Is a Timed Exclusive

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Is a Timed Exclusive

Sony evangelists were celebrating what seemed like totally PS4 exclusivity for the upcoming Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy . Crash being multiplatform is not unheard of, but the original games were part of the PlayStation brand identity. However, things went in a whole new direction when it was later revealed the game set is coming to PS4 “first,” implying more of a timed exclusivity deal.

The news comes from the official PlayStation Irish branch. which originally sent out a tweet saying the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy would be a “PS4 exclusive.” The Sony chapter of the Internet rejoiced, until the tweet in question quietly vanished. Later, PlayStation Ireland came back to Twitter to correct itself, saying “To clarify our earlier post, it will be coming to PlayStation 4 and PS4 Pro first.”

No further details are available of course, but it is important to remember this is still an Activision release, and Activision is one of the more multiplatform- friendly publishers currently active. Expect to see Xbox One and possibly PC news for Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy , and the subsequent Twitter arguments, close to or soon after the PS4 launch.
