Although Bloodborne was well received, Dark Souls will never die. According to VG247, Bandai Namco will announced Dark Souls 3 at E3. However, they only quote this news as coming from a “source familiar with the matter,” so take it with a grain of salt for now.
Supposedly, Hidetaka Miyazaki, known for his work on Demon’s Souls , Dark Souls , and Bloodborne , is leading the team. The announcement is likely to come during the Sony press conference on June 15.
Unfortunately, no specific details about the game were given. We will see whether or not these rumors turn out to be true in two weeks when E3 kicks off in Los Angeles.
