Destiny 2’s First Bungie Bounty is Today

Destiny 2’s First Bungie Bounty is Today

If you played the original Destiny , then you’re probably already familiar with the term “Bungie Bounty.” For those that are new to the game with Destiny 2 , allow me to elaborate. A Bungie Bounty is a very short event within Destiny 2 that allows player to win an exclusive emblem. You’ll have just a few hours to try and track down a specific player. If you beat them in battle, you’ll win your prize.

The very first Bungie Bounty to take place in Destiny 2 is going to be happening today, September 27. From 8-10 PM pacific time, the streamer by the name of Gigz will be playing Destiny 2 on PlayStation 4. If you hunt him down and annihilate him, you’ll get the Sign of Mutual Combat emblem within a week.

Gigz left a clue for Bungie Bounty hunters on Twitter by stating that his location is Los Angeles, California, while the rest of his fireteam is based in Seattle. So if you’ve got friends in those areas, make sure they’re hosting in order to spot Gigz! And also, that fireteam Gigz mentions is no ordinary team. The rest of the players in Gigz party will be senior designers Josh Hamrick and Kevin Yanes, as well as the community manager Cosmo.

So if you see the PlayStation 4 handles Gigz, imtylerdurden, Tocom, or Cozmo_BNG while playing Destiny 2 tonight, give it your all! This Bungie Bounty is only available on the PlayStation 4, but there will be future Bounties on Xbox One. Good luck!
