Deus Ex Mankind Divided Delayed

Deus Ex Mankind Divided Delayed

Ok, here’s the good news: Eidos-Montreal is acutely aware of the high expectations that Deus Ex fans have for Mankind Divided. It’s committed to producing the best possible game, and it won’t cut corners. The bad news is, it’s so committed to quality that it’s delaying the release of Mankind Divided – by six months.

That’s right, the game was originally scheduled to release on February 23, and has been pushed back to August 23. “We’re confident and proud of the game so far,” head of studio David Anfossi said in a statement on the Deus Ex Universe website . “However, as we are now playing through the game in full we can see that it will require more time in post-production for tuning, iterations, and refinement to meet our high standards. In order to achieve this, we need to move the release of the game to August 23rd, 2016.” This is sad news indeed, but at least you know that you won’t be getting a rushed, unpolished game. We trust Eidos-Montreal to tell a compelling story and deliver an incredible video game experience.
