The Smash Bros. roster just keeps growing, and our newest entrant is a returner from Brawl : Diddy Kong. Masahiro Sakurai says that Diddy Kongs flexibility and reach have been increased, and boy have they. In screenshots, Diddy’s limbs are stretching to several times his body length! As far as his other moves go, he still seems to have his bananas, rocket pack, and pop gun. However, he also seems to have some sort of rising uppercut, which would be a new addition to his move-list.
Diddy Kong’s entry into the game brings the roster to a whopping 24. Unfortunately, this is making some Smash fans get a little paranoid. The Smash roster has limited space, of course, and many returning favorites have not yet been shown. Will Solid Snake make a return appearance? Will Ike come back? Will Metaknight, the king high broken character of broken characters make a return? What characters do you want to see in the new Smash Bros. roster?
