Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree’s Woe and the Blight Below has been out since February in Japan, with plenty of time to establish itself. And it has, as Square Enix has released quite a bit of DLC for the game. Fortunately, people in North America and Europe won’t have to worry about buying any of it. It will be included on our PS4 discs for free.
The Dragon Quest Heroes DLC consists of additional episodes for Alena and Kiryl, Bianca and Nera, Yangus and Jessica, Maya, and Terry. Beat their stories, which appear as options after you’ve reached a certain point in the story, and you’ll get new outfits for them. Also, there’s even an episode that makes Psaro playable.
Dragon Quest Heroes will appear on the PS4 on October 13. While it appeared on the PS3 and PS4 in Japan, we have to make do with one version here.
