E3 2016: Monster Hunter Generations Demo Coming June 30

E3 2016: Monster Hunter Generations Demo Coming June 30

Do you love fighting monsters? Do you love looting the carcass of your recently slain foes for materials used for crafting your own weapons and armor? Do you have thousands of hours of free time? If you answered “yes” to any of those questions, then Monster Hunter Generations is the game for you. Series producer Ryozo Tsujimoto was on hand during Nintendo’s Treehouse: Live at E3 livestream to show off the game and give eager fans some additional information. We were happy to hear that Generations , like Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate before it, will be receiving a free demo on the 3DS eShop.

The Monster Hunter Generations demo will be available June 30. It will feature three different monsters of varying strength to hunt and take down. If you’re familiar with the series, then you know that three monsters should provide at least a few hours of gameplay, and as an added bonus players will be able to team up with 3 additional hunters via local or online multiplayer. Monster Hunter Generations comes out July 15. By the way, anyone with save data from Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate on their 3DS will receive bonus “Baby Tigrex Felyne Armor,” which looks pretty freaking adorable.
