With the success garnered by Little Big Planet, it was inevitable that we’d see a host of game’s trying to mimic the aspects that made it such a fan favorite. Of course, I’m speaking of its odd charm and user-creation tools. Not to be left out of the race to create the next Little Big Planet, EA announced their upcoming title Create, which will see release this November.  Not many details are known about this title other than what is revealed in its trailer, which shows what looks like a series of Rube Goldberg styled challenges being completed by vehicles. In the game’s press release, Bright Light VP Harvey Elliot says “We wanted to design a game where the entire family can explore, decorate, and solve challenges where no solution is wrong and the only limit is the imagination.” Create will be hitting store shelves for the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PC, and MAC in November and will support a sharing feature for every version except the Wii’s. |
