As mentioned in a post written up by The Elder Scrolls Online’s creative director Paul Sage about the MMO’s veteran content, the first player-versus-environment Adventure Zone named Craglorn has received its own dedicated trailer.
Craglorn is a zone set between Cyrodiil and Hammerfell, and is designed for a group of four players. Its story centers around the disappearance of constellations from the night sky, so the Warrior, the Thief, the Mage and the Serpent all play a part in Craglorn’s mystery.
Sage describes Craglorn as a typical PvE zone, but tuned for four players, and you’re free to either follow the Adventure Zone’s story, or go off and explore and do your own thing. Delves–interior spaces where you’ll find a boss and a Skyshard–will be instanced to your group.
There will also be events similar to Dark Anchors, but with a different fiction and a lot more difficult, according to Sage. There will also be a story areas that will be similar to very large dungeons, each with its own respective quest, and they can be replayed as much as you want. What’s more, there will be a lot of little events, quests, a full storyline and more crafting opportunities, too.
