Fallout 4 1.2 Patch Fixes Good and Bad Glitches

Fallout 4 1.2 Patch Fixes Good and Bad Glitches

Fallout 4 has a lot of unintentional issues. Some are bad, like crashes and game save issues. Others are hilarious, like when a Deathclaw gets stuck in a sewer and can’t attack you. Very rarely, we even saw ones that made it possible to have all the bottlecaps we could ever want. Thanks to Fallout 4 patch 1.2, many of those are now gone. Especially that infinite caps one.

Two new features have been added with patch 1.2, but only Windows PC players get to enjoy them. The game is a little more customizable. You can remap with the number pad keys. Also, the Quick Container has a Remapping Activate function.

The other patch notes for Fallout 4 can be pretty specific, so here they are direct from Bethesda .

Fixes

  • General memory and stability improvements
  • Performance improvements inside the Corvega Assembly Plant
  • Optimizations to skinned decal rendering
  • Fixed issue with player becoming stuck in terminals
  • Fixed issue where equipped weapons become locked after completing Reunions
  • Fixed issue with “When Freedom Calls” where the quest would not complete
  • During “Confidence Man” fixed issue where player’s health would continuously regenerate
  • Fixed crash related to jumping into water and reloading saved games
  • Fixed issue where Launcher would not save God Rays Quality setting properly (PC)

Though not named, the infinite caps glitch has been fixed. Also, I’m a little disappointed in that Confidence Man “problem” being resolved, as I thought it was a pretty neat issued that didn’t hurt anyone.

Keep in mind, this might not fix all your problems with Fallout 4 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC, but it should help a bit.
