Forza Horizon 3’s First Expansion Is Winter-Themed

Forza Horizon 3’s First Expansion Is Winter-Themed

If you’re enjoying tearing around the outback in Forza Horizon 3 right now, then imagine what kinds of fun you’ll have when the expansions start coming. Right now, most of the DLC has been related to additional cars, but Turn 10’s opened up about what kinds of expansions we’ll start to see.

The first Forza Horizon 3 expansion will be out before the end of 2016. While a name hasn’t been announced, it will add winter to the game. Fitting, given the season. Turn 10 also mentions inclement road conditions. Maybe there’ll be some harsher tracks that take weather and wilderness areas into account?

Before that, though, we’ll see an Alpinestars Car Pack. It adds seven cards for $6.99. You get a 1967 Ford Falcon XR GT, 1979 Talbot Lotus Sunbeam, 1990 Mazda Savannah RX-7, 1998 Nissan Silvia K’s, 2016 BMW M4 GTS, 2016 Dodge Viper ACR, and 2017 Acura NSX. If you bought the season pass for cars, you’ll already have that, though!

Oh, but don’t count on that car season pass giving you Forza Horizon 3’ s expansions! That’s an additional $34.99 add-on!
