From Dust was one of those awesome games that few people knew about. It was a god game that tasked you with terraforming the land in order to prevent horrible natural disasters from killing your helpless worshipers. However, it was an Xbox indie title first, and then it was a PC game, and in a world where the god game has been put on the back burner for thirty different varieties of shooter, this was pretty much fated to be a cult classic. That doesn’t mean that the developers don’t have the gamer first in mind, however. While most of us thought that From Dust wouldn’t see a release on any other platform, Eric Chahi, the game’s creator, has recently confirmed that he is not satisfied with simply having an Xbox and PC fan base.
