The Halo World Championships have been going on for a bit. Already, over 900 teams composed of over 4,000 players have competed, and now it’s getting down to the wire. Starting today, the final 16 teams will be going head-to-head to compete for a prize pool that totals $2.5 million (this is where a lot of the money 343 gets from your purchase of REQ packs goes). The winning team will be splitting a life-changing $1 million, which is some serious cash.

In celebration of the Halo World Championships, Halo 5 is currently half-off. This discount applies to the standard version and the deluxe version, which are priced at $30 and $45 respectively. The deluxe versions comes with the Warzone REQ bundle and the animated series Halo: The Fall of Reach.
