According to a recent blog post by Jenova Chen, Creative Director of Thatgamecompany, Journey has recently broken all sales records for both first- and third-party PSN downloadable titles. It is now the “fastest-selling game ever released in the SCEA region on the PlayStation Network.” Journey is, appropriately enough, a game that is primarily about exploration. The only real progression in the game is finding new places to go. The game has multiplayer, but you are totally unable to interact with your partner outside the context of the game. It’s a zen-like experience that shouldn’t be passed up by anyone.
