As we reported earlier, Jack Thompson is being tried for contempt of court by Take-Two Interactive. In the courtroom, Judge Friedman chose to recuse himself from the trial and stated that he planned to file a complaint against Thompson with the Florida Bar Association. When a judge recuses himself, it means that he will not try the case due to a conflict of interests.
