Based on Keith Richards’ hit biography Life, Keef: Indestructible Man lets you experience a life where death fears to tread.

The name Keef is a nickname attributed to the often incoherent utterances emanated by Keith during various states of inebriation. Especially when he says his name. Some developers have considered calling the game Keef: Incomprehensible Man. He may be hard to understand, but he’s harder to kill. That’s where you come in.

Keef gives you unrestricted access into the world of a rockstar. As guitarist for the legendary Rolling Stones, Keith Richards has seen and done it all, literally. Including snorting his father’s ashes. Keith has survived beatings, alcoholism, numerous overdoses, diseases, electric shocks, sixty years of cigarette smoking, and other excesses to numerous to mention. In Keef, you won’t exactly play as Keith Richards, you will play as his demons; the very essence of the evils conspiring to kill him.

All of the demons in Keef are self-generated by Keith Richards himself. You will manifest as both physical and psychological entities. Scenarios will be presented such as Keith celebrating a new hit record, or having a fight with his girlfriend. At the appropriate time, unleash the demon of your choice to attack Keith at a moment of weakness. The timing of the attack must be precise in order for it to be effective. You also have to be strategic in the amount of substance you administer. He’s indestructible. He’s more likely to pass out then pass on. He’s not easy to kill. Keef is a complex game about a complex man.

You’ll be able to monitor aspects of Keith’s health including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen intake, blood count, liver functions, and brainwave activity. Careful study of substance consummation, and the resulting health stats will give you an indication as to what is working and what is not. But this is no ordinary man. For instance, a flat line brainwave response is normal. Sometimes it’s impossible to tell if you’re killing him or empowering him. Demons may be changed at any time, but you only have a finite amount of substance. A trip to the dealer, doctor, liquor store, or tobacconist will be in order to restock.
